My new layout

Also, I should mention my new layout. I am a huge fan of the new Storm album, Rebel Against Yourself. The lyrics are from the song Before Dawn. I love this band and I wish they would come to the US!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you had/are having a lovely Christmas!

My family is in some financial straights right now, so we didn't have many presents but I absolutely love what I got. Plus I did get some money, so tomorrow my mom and I are going out and later this week my family and I are going shopping and we're going to go out to eat. So that should be fun. I'm still looking for a pair of boots that I can afford that I can wear to concerts. Hopefully I can find something!

Stay safe over the holidays!

Cute boots to look for

I'm a boot kind of person, but sadly I only own three pairs of boots. If I ever get a job, it's something I will rectify. For now, I can only stare and wish.

I'm in a mood for boots that go up over my calf, and at least to my knee, with little to no heel:

Steve Madden makes some great boots, though the prices are a little eh. But if you search sites hard enough, you're guaranteed to find the right boot and the right price. I love amazon, though I know a lot of people don't. But it works for me. Just make sure when you're buying things, that there is a return/refund option available. You don't want to buy a pair of shoes, have it end up being the wrong size, and not be able to return them!

I'm trying to find new boots to wear to the concerts I go to. I hate always wearing the same pair. But with no cash coming in, it's kind of a moot point. If I ever get the money, I'd love to buy this pair. They've got no heel, which is great for standing for 4 or more hours, and they're cute:

Btw, if you're into steampunk, Clockwork Couture is a great store to check out!

Please buy my shoes

Ok, so I am still trying, unsuccessfully, to find a job. Apparently I'm both too qualified and not qualified enough to work at McDonalds? Seriously, what is my life?

So, I've got some shoes on ebay that I'd like to get rid of. I don't wear them and I'd rather sell them off to people who would wear them.

These are White House Black Market Cleo flats. I've owned them for a few years, but I've worn them maybe 4 or 5 times. They're a size 6.5 Women's. The auction is starting at $30 and will end Dec 27th. If you don't want to wait, you can buy them outright for $50.

These are Guess women's Gold and Black heels. They're a size 7 women's and have a high heel. I only wore them once, for a dance. The auction is starting at $20 and will end Dec 27th. If you don't want to wait, you can buy them for $40.

It would really help me out if I could sell these shoes! I've got to start paying back what I owe to the school so I can get in for the fall semester.

I know, I know

I need to be better about updating. I'm done with school, so hopefully I can keep up with this better.

So, I finally bought myself a leather jacket! Thank you Forever 21!

This is the jacket, as advertised. If I had the money, I would definitely get a second one in this blue color.

This is my crappy webcam picture of me in my jacket. I went with black, since it should go with more things. It's really comfortable to wear, even though I went with a small instead of a medium. It's a little snug, so if I ever get the money to get a second one, I'll get it in a Medium.

I got it for just $24.80, no shipping, since Forever 21 was doing free shipping for all purchases that week. I just had to pay tax, so it came out to $26.41. Totally affordable. It took about a week to get here.

I would definitely recommend this jacket. There are a lot of stores selling this kind of jacket, but if you're on a budget, Forever 21 has the most affordable one. Plus they're doing all types of sales and things for the holidays, so check out the website!
